YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE TO PRINT OUT YOUR OWN PARKING PASS WHICH WILL BE EMAILED TO YOU. PLEASE PLAN AHEAD. We do not provide a parking pass at the rental location. IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A PRINTER YOU CAN GO TO YOUR LOCAL UPS STORE, show them your email, and have them print it out for you.
Cars cannot be left in the parking space after check-out.

HOUSE RULES: In lieu of signatures, payment by guests constitutes acceptance of these HOUSE RULES.
Must be 25 years or older.
No Pets, Parties or Smoking. A $500.00 fine and/or eviction with no refund may immediately result in violations to any laws, rules, and regulations.
CANCELLATION POLICY: From the date of the booking, up to 5 days before arrival, cancellations will receive a full refund minus a 4% processing fee for Vrbo guests. If we are open, your reservation stands no matter what closes.
Check-in 4 pm, Check-OUT 10 am (with a Checkout Procedure list to complete) THERE IS AN $80 CHARGE PER HOUR IF YOU ARE NOT OUT BY 10 am AND HOUSEKEEPING IS DELAYED or has to come back. This does not mean you can stay later. You are still required to leave right away for us to prepare for the next guest.
All trash must be removed following our departure Check-List. Failure to do so will result in a $50 charge.
