Everything is just out your front door and only a few minute's walk to several popular restaurants, an outdoor amphitheater, a huge playground, a bike path around the lake and a marina. Less than 7 miles from Keystone Ski slopes this unit is a perfect mountain condo to make memories in.

This spacious 3 bed/3 bath condo has been beautifully updated from the 70’s original to a lovely mountain retreat. It is a ground-floor unit with no steps. 

Living Room – The open floor plan allows people to gather in the living room, kitchen, and dining room and be together! A large sectional couch is the centerpiece for everyone to sit, relax and enjoy time together, whether watching the large flat screen TV (cable, DVD & free Wi-fi), relaxing by the fire, or looking out at the views.

Kitchen – Granite countertops, stainless appliances and a fully equipped kitchen make this the perfect space to create meals.

Dining Area– The dining table seats six with additional bar stools at the kitchen bar. This room has a bank of windows on two sides with views of the lake, mountains, and amphitheater.

Master Ensuite Bedroom– The master is a spacious King bedroom with cable TV & a large closet. The en suite bath has a large vanity with storage and a separate room with a walk-in shower and full-size washer and dryer.

1ST Queen Bedroom– This bedroom has a queen bed, TV/cable, and a spacious closet to unpack into and feel at home. Directly across the hall is a full bath This bathroom is accessible for the Queen Bedroom across the hall and the living area. The bathroom has a vanity with storage and a separate room with a shower/tub combo and toilet.

Neighborhood consists of several popular restaurants, the amphitheater with free weekend summer concerts, a huge playground right on the shores of Lake Dillon, a 26-mile bike/walking path, Dillon Marina, the summer Farmer's Market, and more. All within a few minute's walk. The Summit Stage Bus stop is directly across from Lake Cliffe by the Post Office. This FREE bus service takes you to just about anywhere in Summit County including 5 world-class ski resorts all within 20 miles or less. Keystone is just 7 miles away.

Important info for self-check-in: After booking you will get a confirmation email from our company, journeywestcolorado. In this email we mention a future email you will be sent, 3 days before your arrival date. Please plan to check your inbox, or spam/trash folder, before heading our way for this Arrival Information email. It will provide directions and instructions (codes) you will need to access your unit upon arrival.

Cars cannot be left on the property before check-in or after check-out.

Mail/packages cannot be sent to this address. We are unable to receive anything for you ahead of your arrival.  You cannot drop-off luggage/gear before check-in, and cannot leave them after checkout. Please plan your visit accordingly. 

House rules: You must be 25 years or older to make a reservation. You must also comply with all statutes, ordinances and requirements of all local, state and federal authorities. No parties, events, loud music, or smoking (of any kind) are allowed inside the premises or outside on patios/decks. A $500.00 fine and/or eviction with no refund may immediately result from violations of these rules.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made 5 or more days before arrival will receive a full refund. If local activities/resorts/venues/amenities (like pools & hot tubs) have canceled or closed, this is beyond our control and will not provide an exception to our Cancellation Policy. Neither will Illness, weather, road closures or canceled flights be just cause for a refund beyond this policy. Upon check-in, you are responsible for all nights reserved.

Check-in time is 4 pm, check-out time is 10 am (with a small checkout procedure list to complete). There will be an $80 per hour charge if you are not out on time. Please plan to leave by 10 AM so we can prepare for the next guest.

All trash must be removed at the end of your stay, in addition to a few other simple tasks in our Departure check-list, which you will find in our Welcome Book. Failure to complete this simple list will result in a charge of $49, or more.
