You have the choice of dining out at one of the nearby restaurants or stay home, cook in your fully equipped kitchen, and lounge by the fire. Prepare your meals in the beautiful kitchen, with pull-up bar seating for the onlookers, and serve it up in a separate dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped with utensils, pots & pans, plates, glasses, dish towels, soap, dish soap, paper towels, etc. Outside, the spacious balcony has breathtaking vistas, and seating area for your enjoyment.

When it's time for some shut-eye, this vacation hideaway features two bedrooms, one with a King-size bed and the second has a queen bed and a bunk bed (twins). Each bedroom has its own private attached bath. Before lights out, maybe unwind in the master bath steam sauna.

A laundry room facility is just a few steps from the condo located in the basement. Additional amenities include a clubhouse with an indoor pool and 2 hot tubs.

This unbeatable location is just steps away from Kayak/CanoeBoat Rentals at the Marina. There are numerous ski rental places in Dillon and Silverthorne. You are only 5 minutes to Keystone and A-Basin Ski Resorts, 20 minutes to Copper Mountain, 25 minutes to Breckenridge, and 40 minutes to Vail. Tennis is located 1/2 a block away.  Golf in Keystone, Silverthorne, and Breckenridge.

The outdoor courtyard has community picnic tables, a BBQ grill, horseshoes, and a hammock for your summer enjoyment. Nearby is a wonderful park looking out over the water with mountain vistas. A great place for kids to play while the adults soak in the scenery.

The Summit Stage bus stop is across the street for free travel throughout the county.

Important info for self-check-in: After booking you will get a confirmation email from our company, journeywestcolorado. In this email we mention a future email you will be sent, 3 days before your arrival date. Please plan to check your inbox, or spam/trash folder, before heading our way for this Arrival Information email. It will provide directions and instructions (codes) you will need to access your unit upon arrival.

Cars cannot be left on the property before check-in or after check-out.

Mail/packages cannot be sent to this address. We are unable to receive anything for you ahead of your arrival.  You cannot drop-off luggage/gear before check-in, and cannot leave them after checkout. Please plan your visit accordingly. 

House rules: You must be 25 years or older to make a reservation. You must also comply with all statutes, ordinances and requirements of all local, state and federal authorities. No parties, events, loud music, or smoking (of any kind) are allowed inside the premises or outside on patios/decks. A $500.00 fine and/or eviction with no refund may immediately result from violations of these rules.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made 5 or more days before arrival will receive a full refund. If local activities/resorts/venues/amenities (like pools & hot tubs) have canceled or closed, this is beyond our control and will not provide an exception to our Cancellation Policy. Neither will Illness, weather, road closures or canceled flights be just cause for a refund beyond this policy. Upon check-in, you are responsible for all nights reserved.

Check-in time is 4 pm, check-out time is 10 am (with a small checkout procedure list to complete). There will be an $80 per hour charge if you are not out on time. Please plan to leave by 10 AM so we can prepare for the next guest.

All trash must be removed at the end of your stay, in addition to a few other simple tasks in our Departure check-list, which you will find in our Welcome Book. Failure to complete this simple list will result in a charge of $49, or more.
