Description

This beautiful townhome has been given new life with a brand new kitchen and master bath. It is in the middle of all that Historic Breckenridge has to offer, just 1 block from Main Street and its many popular eateries and shops to choose from. 

This unit is Ski-In (with Ski-Out-to-the-Gondola as an option to hit the slopes)
You can ski the Skiway Skyway dropping you at the unit's parking lot and then OUT past Mountain Thunder Lodge, go under the road and catch the free Gondola up to many ski destinations. Besides the Skiway Skyway run there is also the Lower 4 o'clock Run, and the Gondola Ski Back Run which all run near the condo. The condo is on Ski Hill Road, at the bottom near Mountain Thunder Lodge if you look at a map. You can google GoBreck which will have trail maps.

There is also a Free Shuttle Bus just outside the entrance on the street next to the complex that can take you to other lifts or just about anywhere you want to go in Summit County. Or you can drive, park, and pay at lift parking lots.

A big bonus is your own single heated garage and one additional assigned parking space.

The townhome has handsome mountain home decor reminding you that you are in the high country of Colorado. The spacious 1264 sq. ft. unit consists of  2 levels, with 2 bedrooms on the lower level and a full bath. The upper level gives you views with lots of windows to let the liquid gold shine in.

The living/dining area/kitchen is an open floor plan great room with vaulted ceilings, a gas fireplace to cozy up to after a day of play while you stream your personal apps on a\the big screen tv.  A convenient desk in the great room provides you with a place to work remotely (but only if you have to!).  Your private balcony off the great room has a gas grill and bistro table with chairs, creating another quiet living space for you to escape to with views, pines, and bluebird sky..

The upper-level Master Bedroom has a rustic queen-size bed, television, private balcony, and its own private ensuite bathroom which has an awesome deep soaking tub and separate shower. 

The lower level bedrooms have a queen size bed in one room, with a single/queen pyramid bunk bed in the other. Both of these bedrooms have a television and each has its own balcony.

The kitchen with granite countertops is fully stocked to enjoy creating yummy meals or a quick snack and with the open floor plan, you can enjoy the company of 8 of your favorite people! Want a chilled glass of wine? The island has a built-in wine fridge that you can stock up for your stay. And for a quick charge, you can utilize the wireless countertop pad. 

Also, conveniently located is the stackable own washer/dryer in a kitchen closet.

There is a community hot tub steps away from the townhome which is shared with the other units in this small complex which is gated and surrounded by pine trees.

If you are traveling to Breckenridge and looking for accommodations, look no further. This condo is in a great location, you can walk to the downtown area which has all the shopping and restaurants you could possibly want. The condo is well equipped with all the things you might need for a short stay or a long stay and is very clean. The beds were comfortable and each room had its own TV. Check In and Check Out were a piece of cake and the deposit was very promptly refunded which is important to me. I would very much stay in this property again or any other property that Katie represents.

What makes a holiday is excellent accommodation in a central area. This lodge meets these and some. A beautiful modern and clean condo where the family can relax after a good day skiing in comfort. Close to town for exploring and eating and also only a few minutes walk to the free ski buses. I could not recommend this condo enough.

We rented this condo for our Thanksgiving 2016. The condo was very clean and is decorated to the '9's' in Colorado style! We loved the location as we could easily walk downtown Breckenridge to enjoy shopping, the eateries and of course skiing!! We enjoyed this get-away and would definitely return!! LOVED this place!!

I really was impressed with the property. It was very clean and well kept and not one of those properties that looks like it hasn't been touched since 1982. It was nicely decorated and up to date. It is very spacious for a three bedroom. The three bathrooms was also a selling point. It was a wonderful stay and would happily rent again as well as recommend to any friends. We even extended our stay because it was so nice!

Important info for self-check-in: After booking you will get a confirmation email from our company, journeywestcolorado. Three days before your arrival date you will receive another email under the subject Arrival Information, which provides directions and instructions (codes) you will need to access your unit upon arrival. Please plan to check your inbox, or spam/trash folder, before heading our way for this email.

Parking passes will be waiting for you in the Welcome Book. Cars cannot be left on the property before check-in or after check-out.

Mail/packages cannot be sent to this address. We are unable to receive anything for you ahead of your arrival.  You cannot drop-off luggage/gear before check-in, and cannot leave them after checkout. Please plan your visit accordingly. 

House rules: You must be 25 years or older to make a reservation. You must also comply with all statutes, ordinances and requirements of all local, state and federal authorities. No parties, events, loud music, or smoking (of any kind) are allowed inside the premises or outside on patios/decks. A $500.00 fine and/or eviction with no refund may immediately result from violations of these rules.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made 5 or more days before arrival will receive a full refund. If local activities/resorts/venues/amenities (like pools & hot tubs) have canceled or closed, this is beyond our control and will not provide an exception to our Cancellation Policy. Neither will Illness, weather, road closures or canceled flights be just cause for a refund beyond this policy. Upon check-in, you are responsible for all nights reserved.

Check-in time is 4 pm, check-out time is 10 am (with a small checkout procedure list to complete). There will be an $80 per hour charge if you are not out on time. Please plan to leave by 10 AM so we can prepare for the next guest.

All trash must be removed at the end of your stay, in addition to a few other simple tasks in our Departure check-list, which you will find in our Welcome Book. Failure to complete this simple list will result in a charge of $49, or more.
