This beautiful town-home is in the middle of all that Historic Breckenridge has to offer. It is 1 block from Main Street with many restaurants and shops to stroll by and enjoy.
This unit is SKI-IN (with Ski-Out-to-the-Gondola as an option to hit the slopes)
You can ski the Skiway Skyway IN dropping you at the units parking lot and then OUT past Mountain Thunder Lodge, go under the road and catch the free GONDOLA up to many ski destinations. Besides the Skiway Skyway run there is also the Lower 4 o'clock Run, and the Gondola Ski Back Run which all run near the condo. The condo is on Ski Hill Road, at the bottom near Mountain Thunder Lodge if you look at a map. You can google GOBRECK which will have trail maps.
There is also a FREE SHUTTLE BUS just outside the entrance on the street next to the complex that can take you to other lifts or just about anywhere you want to go in Summit County. Or you can drive, park, and pay at lift parking lots.
Walk to the many activities available in town or take your car from your private heated garage.
The town-home has a handsome mountain home decor reminding you that you are in the high country of Colorado. The spacious 1264 sq. ft. unit has 2 levels, with 2 of the bedrooms on the lower level with a full bath. The upper level has a living/dining area/kitchen open floor plan with vaulted ceilings and a balcony with a gas grill and bistro set for your enjoyment. You can relax by the cozy gas fireplace in the living room after a fun day outdoors.
The upper-level Master Bedroom has a queen-size bed, television, and its own private bathroom which has a jetted tub and separate shower. There is a view of the mountain from the balcony.
The lower level bedrooms offer a queen size bed in one room, with a single/queen bunk bed in the other. Both of these bedrooms have televisions for your enjoyment and each has its own balcony as well.
The kitchen is fully stocked with all utensils, pots & pans, plates, glasses, dish towels, soap, dish soap, paper towels, etc. The town-home also has its own washer/dryer.
There is a hot tub outdoors which is shared with the other condos in this small complex. It is located a few steps away in a private gated space surrounded by pine trees.

If you are traveling to Breckenridge and looking for accommodations, look no further. This condo is in a great location, you can walk to the downtown area which has all the shopping and restaurants you could possibly want. The condo is well equipped with all the things you might need for a short stay or a long stay and is very clean. The beds were comfortable and each room had its own TV. Check In and Check Out were a piece of cake and the deposit was very promptly refunded which is important to me. I would very much stay in this property again or any other property that Katie represents.

What makes a holiday is excellent accommodation in a central area. This lodge meets these and some. A beautiful modern and clean condo where the family can relax after a good day skiing in comfort. Close to town for exploring and eating and also only a few minutes walk to the free ski buses. I could not recommend this condo enough.

We rented this condo for our Thanksgiving 2016. The condo was very clean and is decorated to the '9's' in Colorado style! We loved the location as we could easily walk downtown Breckenridge to enjoy shopping, the eateries and of course skiing!! We enjoyed this get-away and would definitely return!! LOVED this place!!

I really was impressed with the property. It was very clean and well kept and not one of those properties that looks like it hasn't been touched since 1982. It was nicely decorated and up to date. It is very spacious for a three bedroom. The three bathrooms was also a selling point. It was a wonderful stay and would happily rent again as well as recommend to any friends. We even extended our stay because it was so nice!
