A perfect "home away from home" in all 4 seasons, surrounding by our majestic Rocky Mountains. This unit is considered Ski-In and you can Ski-out-to-the-Gondola. Ski-In - Ski-to-Gondola-OutWhen returning to your unit take the Four O’clock ski run down and veer left on the Skyway Skiway. Just after you cross over Ski Hill Road on a bridge keep your eyes peeled. There is a small trail going off to the right through the woods, which goes into the backside of Twin Elk and drops you in the parking lot.
The easiest access to the slopes is via the free Gondola. Ski the Skiway Skyway towards Mountain Thunder Lodge, Follow, the trail to the tunnel that goes under the road. When you come up and out you will see the Gondola to the right.
There is also a free Summit Stage Bus stop right in front of the Complex. You can find routes and schedules on our website link.
A townhome is a two-floor unit located on the 1st and 2nd floors of the building nestled in the pines. The 2nd floor has a living room, dining area, and kitchen. The 1st floor offers 2 bedrooms. The Master bedroom is en suite and the 2nd bedroom has a bath across the hall. There is an interior door to give you access to the garage.
LIVING ROOM/DINING AREA - The living room has a gas fireplace, large flat-screen TV, and has a hip décor that makes this place special. The open floor plan is perfect for enjoying family or friends. The dining table seats 6 with additional seating at the bar.
KITCHEN - The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need to make memorable meals with bar seating for people to talk to the chef.
MASTER BEDROOM EN SUITE - The master bedroom is located on the lower living level. There is a Queen bed and closet and flat-screen TV. The ensuite bathroom has a sink area and a separate WC with a toilet and tub/shower combo. The vanity has storage and a blowdryer.
2ND BEDROOM – the 2nd bedroom twin beds and is just across the hall from the full bathroom.
2ND FULL BATH - The 2nd bathroom features a walk-in shower, vanity with storage, and blow dryer.
ENTRY – The entry walks straight into your living room with a place for your shoes and hooks for coats. The keyless entry allows us to give you your own private code to enter 24/7 during your stay. No lost keys!
HEATED 1 CAR GARAGE – Below the unit is a garage for your car and a second parking space immediately in front of your garage door for a second car. You can walk from the garage into the condo. The garage is the perfect place to leave your outdoor toys. There will not be parking for campers, trailers or oversized vehicles. TWIN ELK LODGE HOT TUB – The hot tub is located close to your building in a secure area for Lodge guests only.
The FREE Breckenridge shuttle, which is a five-minute ride to Peak 8, has a stop close to the main driveway on 4 O’clock road.

CANCELLATION POLICY: From the date of the booking, up to 5 days before arrival, cancellations will receive a full refund minus a 4% processing fee for Vrbo guests. If we are open, your reservation stands no matter what closes.
Check-in 4 pm, Check-OUT 10 am (with a Checkout Procedure list to complete) THERE IS AN $80 CHARGE PER HOUR IF YOU ARE NOT OUT BY 10 am AND HOUSEKEEPING IS DELAYED or has to come back. This does not mean you can stay later. You are still required to leave right away for us to prepare for the next guest.
