When returning to your unit take the Four O’clock ski run down and veer left on the Skyway Skiway. Just after you cross over Ski Hill Road on a bridge keep your eyes peeled. There is a small trail going off to the right through the woods, which goes into the backside of Twin Elk and drops you in the parking lot.

This townhome is a two-floor unit located on the 1st and 2nd floors of the building nestled in the pines. The 2nd floor has a living room, dining area, and kitchen. The 1st floor offers 2 bedrooms. The Master bedroom is en suite and the 2nd bedroom has a bath across the hall. There is an interior door to give you access to the garage.
Living Room/Dining Area - The living room has a gas fireplace, large flat-screen TV, and a hip décor that makes this place special. The open floor plan is perfect for enjoying family or friends. The dining table seats 6 with additional seating at the bar.
Kitchen - The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need to make memorable meals with bar seating for people to

One email is called Arrival Information, which provides directions and instructions (codes) you will need to access your unit upon arrival.
The second email will be a Parking Pass. You are responsible for printing out your own parking pass (the email) to bring with, and put on the dash of your vehicle. Please plan ahead. We do not provide a parking pass at the rental location. If you do not have a printer you can go to your local UPS, Fed-Ex or copy store, send them your email, and have them print it out for you.
Cars cannot be left on the property before check-in or after check-out.
Mail/packages cannot be sent to this address. We are unable to receive anything for you ahead of your arrival. You cannot drop-off luggage/gear before check-in, and cannot leave them after checkout. Please plan your visit accordingly.
House rules: You must be 25 years or older to make a reservation. You must also comply with all statutes, ordinances and requirements of all local, state and federal authorities. No parties, events, loud music, or smoking (of any kind) are allowed inside the premises or outside on patios/decks. A $500.00 fine and/or eviction with no refund may immediately result from violations of these rules.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made 5 or more days before arrival will receive a full refund. If local activities/resorts/venues/amenities (like pools & hot tubs) have canceled or closed, this is beyond our control and will not provide an exception to our Cancellation Policy. Neither will Illness, weather, road closures or canceled flights be just cause for a refund beyond this policy. Upon check-in, you are responsible for all nights reserved.
Check-in time is 4 pm, check-out time is 10 am (with a small checkout procedure list to complete). There will be an $80 per hour charge if you are not out on time. Please plan to leave by 10 AM so we can prepare for the next guest.
All trash must be removed at the end of your stay, in addition to a few other simple tasks in our Departure check-list, which you will find in our Welcome Book. Failure to complete this simple list will result in a charge of $49, or more.
