Description

This spacious condo is located close to the 4 O'clock ski lift and the heart of Breckenridge for food, shopping, and special events. Also close to the condo is the free Gondola to Peaks 7 & 8, the Free Summit stage bus, and more.


This condo is spread over 3 floors. The ground floor entrance has plenty of space for coats and boots. The attached heated garage is a great place to keep the car snow-free and stash all of your outdoor toys.

Several steps down from the entry is a bunk room/bath en suite with a TV, DVD player, and love seat. The bunk has a queen bed below and a twin single above for a little one to be with you if need be. The bathroom has a walk-in shower. This is also a great space for kids to play and sleep.

The 2nd floor has a tall vaulted ceiling living room with large screen TV, comfy sectional couch, and gas fireplace to cozy up to after a fun day on the slopes or summer hiking with our cool summer nights. From the living room, you can walk out onto the private deck to relax among the pines and grill dinner.

The dining area is up a half level and shares this level with the kitchen so people can gather together.  All that you need to prepare tasty memorable meals is in the stocked kitchen. Just off the kitchen is a laundry/pantry room with a washer/dryer and lots of storage for food. Completing the 2nd floor is a 1/2 bath.

The 3rd floor has a large master en suite with a King bed and TV. Walk out to your own private 3rd-floor deck to sit and enjoy a morning cup of coffee with the pines surrounding you. The bathroom has a shower tub/combo.

The third en suite bedroom, also on the 3rd floor, has a queen bed and a separate twin bunk bed set with a TV. Great for a family to share. The en suite has a shower/tub combination.

Amazing house for a large group! The bottom floor bungalow is a perfect little space for a couple that might like a little more peace and quiet. Beds in the other bedrooms were very comfortable. 3 full bathrooms with an extra half bath was perfect for a large group. Lift was only a 3 minute walk and on snowy days you could ski almost the entire way back to the place. Garage fit a Jeep Grand Cherokee and the extra outdoor parking space held an 8 passenger Infiniti no problem. There were plenty of extra spaces in the overflow lot as well. The hot tubs were a very short 2 minute walk. There were two hot tubs outside and one inside, plenty of room for our entire party. And a great pool! The clubhouse also had heated bathrooms to change in, so you didnt have to walk back wet in the cold. Ive stayed in Breck multiples times and this was my favorite find by far, we will be back.

We had such a great time staying at this wonderful condo during our family vacation over New Years! The condo was beautiful and VERY clean. It is a very short walk to the slopes (ski in/ski out) and downtown Breckenridge. Plenty of space for everyone to gather around the kitchen table at night to play games, lounge in the living room to watch football and nice large bedrooms with very comfy beds. Highly recommend this house to large groups and families. Couldn't have asked for a better stay!

Split level and spacious. Amazing location!! We had cars so to get to the mountain/town was a breeze. You could also walk which is great. The hot tub is a short short walk which was excellent! Well stocked kitchen so you can make all sorts of meals. We will be back.

Important info for self-check-in: After booking you will get a confirmation email from our company, journeywestcolorado. Three days before your arrival date you will receive another email under the subject Arrival Information, which provides directions and instructions (codes) you will need to access your unit upon arrival. Please plan to check your inbox, or spam/trash folder, before heading our way for this email.

Parking passes will be waiting for you in the Welcome Book. Cars cannot be left on the property before check-in or after check-out.

Mail/packages cannot be sent to this address. We are unable to receive anything for you ahead of your arrival.  You cannot drop-off luggage/gear before check-in, and cannot leave them after checkout. Please plan your visit accordingly. 

House rules: You must be 25 years or older to make a reservation. You must also comply with all statutes, ordinances and requirements of all local, state and federal authorities. No parties, events, loud music, or smoking (of any kind) are allowed inside the premises or outside on patios/decks. A $500.00 fine and/or eviction with no refund may immediately result from violations of these rules.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made 5 or more days before arrival will receive a full refund. If local activities/resorts/venues/amenities (like pools & hot tubs) have canceled or closed, this is beyond our control and will not provide an exception to our Cancellation Policy. Neither will Illness, weather, road closures or canceled flights be just cause for a refund beyond this policy. Upon check-in, you are responsible for all nights reserved.

Check-in time is 4 pm, check-out time is 10 am (with a small checkout procedure list to complete). There will be an $80 per hour charge if you are not out on time. Please plan to leave by 10 AM so we can prepare for the next guest.

All trash must be removed at the end of your stay, in addition to a few other simple tasks in our Departure check-list, which you will find in our Welcome Book. Failure to complete this simple list will result in a charge of $49, or more.
