Liftside is ideally located in the Mountain House section of Keystone and is within walking distance to the chair lift, restaurants, and a rec path to enjoy in the summer or winter. Liftside offers indoor parking for 1-car in a secure garage. And, the clubhouse is located directly next to the condo so you can simply walk across the sidewalk to relax and enjoy the heated pool and hot tub.
THE CONDO: This beautifully renovated condo has everything you will need for a mountain retreat. Each room is spacious and is decorated in classy mountain décor. The 984 sq. ft. offers you comfortable living space on the ground level of the complex providing easy access with luggage or your summer/winter toys.
THE LIVING ROOM has a queen sofa bed for 2, a wood-burning fireplace with complimentary wood, large flat-screen TV & free Wi-fi. The living space is an open floor plan to enjoy people in the kitchen or dining area and direct access to your private deck.
THE KITCHEN is fully stocked with every gadget and accessory you will need to help you prepare and enjoy your meals. There is bar seating in addition to the dining table. We will get you started with your first-morning pot of coffee and you can take it from there.
THE BEDROOM with queen bed has plenty of storage to unpack and make yourself at home.
THE BATHROOM has been thoughtfully designed for guests with a walk-in glass-enclosed shower, double granite vanity, and storage in one room with a separate powder room for privacy. The unit has a washer and dryer, blow dryer, and iron for your use. If you need additional laundry facilities, you can locate them in the 1st-floor hall of the main Liftside building. These are coin-operated.
There is a PRIVATE DECK that looks out over the mountains/ski slopes and an open space where wildlife is often viewed and you can sit and listen to the babbling Snake River that meanders near the condo, while you take in the views. In the entrance hall of the building, there is a secure locker for your winter outdoor toys.
Walk to the Mountain House Base area of Keystone to catch a ski lift - only 350 feet from the condo's front door! An easy walk giving you access to the condo between runs.
Restaurants - several are located within walking distance of the condo [Pizza 101, The Goat and Snake River Saloon to name a few] and many more only a few minutes drive, and our website has a host of other options to chose from.
Summit County is at your back door. The towns of Dillon, Silverthorne, Frisco, and Breckenridge are only a short drive with countless activities, foodie places to eat, and of course Dillon Reservoir and Marina. You are near 4 other world-class ski resorts (A-Basin, Loveland, Copper Mtn. and Breckenridge). Winter or Summer, you will wish you had booked more time to enjoy all the area has to offer. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE TO PRINT OUT YOUR OWN PARKING PASS WHICH WILL BE EMAILED TO YOU. PLEASE PLAN AHEAD. We do not provide a parking pass at the rental location. IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A PRINTER YOU CAN GO TO YOUR LOCAL UPS STORE, show them your email, and have them print it out for you.
Cars cannot be left in the parking space after check-out.
Please read the Cancellation Policy in the Terms and conditions below carefully. There are no exceptions.
HOUSE RULES: In lieu of signatures, payment by guests constitutes acceptance of these HOUSE RULES.
Must be 25 years or older.
No Pets, Parties or Smoking. A $500.00 fine and/or eviction with no refund may immediately result in violations to any laws, rules, and regulations.
CANCELLATION POLICY: From the date of the booking, up to 5 days before arrival, cancellations will receive a full refund minus a 4% processing fee for Vrbo guests. If we are open, your reservation stands no matter what closes.
Check-in 4 pm, Check-OUT 10 am (with a Checkout Procedure list to complete) THERE IS AN $80 CHARGE PER HOUR IF YOU ARE NOT OUT BY 10 am AND HOUSEKEEPING IS DELAYED or has to come back. This does not mean you can stay later. You are still required to leave right away for us to prepare for the next guest.
All trash must be removed following our departure Check-List. Failure to do so will result in a $50 charge.
