LIVING ROOM- The living room is a perfect place to gather with an open floor plan to enjoy people in the kitchen or dining area. There is plenty of seating to enjoy the fire or flat-screen TV.
PRIVATE HOT TUB ROOM – This unique space directly off the living area, is equipped with your own private hot tub to enjoy whenever you want 24/7. Soak and relax after a fun day on the slopes or enjoying many other adventures Keystone has to offer. KITCHEN – This large and fully stocked kitchen has everything you will need to create family meals and memories together. We provide the first-morning drip coffee and you can continue with that or purchase your own special flavors from City Market for the Keurig machine. The breakfast bar provides extra seating to gather around.
DINING AREA – A large table seats eight comfortably and is a great place to enjoy a meal or a game of cards. The bar provides additional seating if needed.
MASTER BEDROOM – The King en suite bedroom is a corner unit with lots of light, space, and a perfect place to retreat to at the end of the day to watch TV or get some sleep before another day of adventures. The en suite bath has a double vanity, a large walk-in cedar closet, and a separate room with a soaking jacuzzi tub and toilet. Wall-mounted hairdryer provided.

PRIVATE PATIO – This snug patio is a nice place to bask in the winter sun and is where your firewood is stacked.
OUTDOOR GRILLING AREA- Just outside your front door in the community courtyard is a large grill for your use. Close and convenient it has plenty of prep space for your meal.
SKI LOCKER – In the tower entrance/common area is a secure ski locker for your ski’s/boards and poles. The entry hall in the condo has lots of room for your shoes & boots.
Parking - This unit has a parking pass for 1 car only. There is an area you can park an additional car or two for free that we will direct you to when you are emailed your access instructions. There will not be parking for campers, trailers, or oversized vehicles. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE TO PRINT OUT YOUR OWN PARKING PASS WHICH WILL BE EMAILED TO YOU. PLEASE PLAN AHEAD. We do not provide a parking pass at the rental location. IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A PRINTER YOU CAN GO TO YOUR LOCAL UPS STORE, show them your email, and have them print it out for you.
Cars cannot be left in the parking space after check-out.

HOUSE RULES: In lieu of signatures, payment by guests constitutes acceptance of these HOUSE RULES.

No Pets, Parties or Smoking. A $500.00 fine and/or eviction with no refund may immediately result in violations to any laws, rules, and regulations.
CANCELLATION POLICY: From the date of the booking, up to 5 days before arrival, cancellations will receive a full refund minus a 4% processing fee for Vrbo guests. If we are open, your reservation stands no matter what closes.
Check-in 4 pm, Check-OUT 10 am (with a Checkout Procedure list to complete) THERE IS AN $80 CHARGE PER HOUR IF YOU ARE NOT OUT BY 10 am AND HOUSEKEEPING IS DELAYED or has to come back. This does not mean you can stay later. You are still required to leave right away for us to prepare for the next guest.
All trash must be removed following our departure Check-List. Failure to do so will result in a $50 charge.
