This spacious townhome is a perfect location for family and friends to gather. It has been decorated beautifully with lots of attention to detail in each room, reminding you that you are in the Colorado Rocky Mountains. The townhome is divided over three floors providing lots of space to spread out when you need some private time and a large living room/kitchen/dining open floor plan to enjoy time together. 

1st floor - Ground Level
1-Car heated garage - has plenty of room for your car and gear. The driveway is large enough to allow a second car and is partially heated to keep some of our snow at bay in the winter.
Bedroom/family room en suite – This bedroom with two twin beds shares a comfy family room type space with a large TV, leather couch and love seat. The full bath has a shower and vanity with plenty of storage space.
Laundry - There is a full-size washer and dryer are on the 1st floor with an ironing board/iron

2nd floor - Main Living Space
Living room – The living room has a vaulted ceiling & large picture window looking out at the pines. Commanding one wall is a stone gas fireplace to enjoy year-round. The large flat-screen TV has a DVD player and cable giving you plenty of pleasure viewing.
Dining area – The open floor plan has a large dining table and additional bar seating for everyone to enjoy time together.
The kitchen – Granite counters and stainless steel appliances make this a special space, fully equipped with anything you could need to make family meals after a fun day outdoors. Lots of storage and an open floor plan for you to enjoy people, TV or looking at the pines.
Queen bedroom en suite – This queen bedroom is off the main living space and yet is a quiet retreat. The full bathroom has a shower/tub combo and vanity with storage. 
Powder room/half bath is off the main living room

3rd-floor Bedrooms/Landing -
Landing– this special space has an oversized chair to cuddle up in and read while you look down over the living room with a large elk hide on the wall. 
Master bedroom en suite – Off the walkway is the master retreat. A king bed is the centerpiece to the room, with a chair to relax in while watching TV. There is a large window that makes you feel like you are in a treehouse in the pines. Plenty of space to unpack and make yourself at home. The en suite bathroom has a tub and and stand-alone shower with a large walk-in closet.
Twin bedroom – is on the other side of the 3rd-floor landing.  A perfect place to open the windows at night and let the whisper in the winds lull you to sleep. 
Full bathroom – The full bath, just outside the twin bedroom, has a shower/tub combo for your use.

The deck is nestled in the pines with your own private hot tub. Also, a grill and seating are there for you to enjoy.

Best of all - This is a Ski-In/Ski-Out townhome. A short distance of 300 ft., down Tall Pines Drive, is the access to ski down the 4 O'clock run and then ride the Snow Flake Lift up.

This property is wonderful and we really enjoyed our stay! The location is hard to beat; it's close to both the slopes and to town, but is tucked away for privacy. It is beautifully decorated, comfortable, and fully equipped. We really loved the private hot tub, the downstairs family room/sleeping space, and seeing a huge moose mosey his way through the woods right in back of the townhouse! I highly recommend this property and hope we can return again soon!

We had the ski vacation of our dreams at this beautiful home! Three stories with plenty of room for our family of 7. The teenagers took the bottom room with the large screen TV. We parents were upstairs where it was quiet and serene. The kitchen was amazing and I am cook I was surprised to find top level Cuisinart pots and pans and knives. It really felt like I was in my home away from home. A nice big dining room table to have dinner at. A private Jacuzzi right outside the door which we used everyday after skiing. A mud room to put our ski supplies. Warm and inviting I highly recommend this town-home to everyone. You won't be disappointed! You will be thrilled!!!

We had a great time staying at this awesome property! It was very clean and well maintained and the fun decor was a nice touch. We cooked several meals during our stay and the kitchen was well stocked with all cooking/serving ware that we needed. We loved having the hot tub on the back deck and also used the propane grill while we were there. And most importantly, the access to the mountain could not have been easier. Our first day, we took the Black Route bus to the mountain and back home and on our second day we walked right out the driveway to the Four-O-Clock run and skied straight to the Snowflake lift and again skied Four-O-Clock back home at the end of the day! A true ski-in, ski-out place - very convenient! The Black Route bus continues to run at night time so we were also able to take it into town to go have a drink and not worry about parking on the weekend. We were also told that the Nordic Center across the street has a bar for an aprs-ski drink, but we never made it over there. Sounded fun though, so hopefully next time! We would definitely return to this property. A 5 star experience!!


Important info for self-check-in: After booking you will get a confirmation email from our company, journeywestcolorado. In this email we mention two future emails you will be sent, 3 days before your arrival date. Please plan to check your inbox, or spam/trash folder, before heading our way for these emails.

One email is called Arrival Information, which provides directions and instructions (codes) you will need to access your unit upon arrival.

The second email will be a Parking Pass. You are responsible for printing out your own parking pass (the email) to bring with, and put on the dash of your vehicle. Please plan ahead. We do not provide a parking pass at the rental location. If you do not have a printer you can go to your local UPS, Fed-Ex or copy store, send them your email, and have them print it out for you. 

Cars cannot be left on the property before check-in or after check-out.

Mail/packages cannot be sent to this address. We are unable to receive anything for you ahead of your arrival.  You cannot drop-off luggage/gear before check-in, and cannot leave them after checkout. Please plan your visit accordingly. 

House rules: You must be 25 years or older to make a reservation. You must also comply with all statutes, ordinances and requirements of all local, state and federal authorities. No parties, events, loud music, or smoking (of any kind) are allowed inside the premises or outside on patios/decks. A $500.00 fine and/or eviction with no refund may immediately result from violations of these rules.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made 5 or more days before arrival will receive a full refund. If local activities/resorts/venues/amenities (like pools & hot tubs) have canceled or closed, this is beyond our control and will not provide an exception to our Cancellation Policy. Neither will Illness, weather, road closures or canceled flights be just cause for a refund beyond this policy. Upon check-in, you are responsible for all nights reserved.

Check-in time is 4 pm, check-out time is 10 am (with a small checkout procedure list to complete). There will be an $80 per hour charge if you are not out on time. Please plan to leave by 10 AM so we can prepare for the next guest.

The private hot tub at this property is serviced between each guest, so it will be clean and ready-to-go for you. Please shower before using the tub, and do not allow happy people to splash the water out.  We don’t mean to be party poopers but, if we must adjust the chemicals due to dirty sweaty bodies, sun lotion or spilled drinks, or if the water level gets low and has to be refilled, you will be charged the costs of correcting these issues.

All trash must be removed at the end of your stay, in addition to a few other simple tasks in our Departure check-list, which you will find in our Welcome Book. Failure to complete this simple list will result in a charge of $49, or more.
