Live like a local staying at our In-Town Condo! Located in the Historic Gaslight District you are a short 2.5 block walk to Historic Main Street Boutiques and Eateries. If you would rather, you are just steps to the Breckenridge Free Shuttle Stop which will take you to Main Street Eateries and Boutiques, the slopes, or most anywhere in Summit County. You are also within walking distance to Carter Park where there is a sledding hill, dog park, and playground.

This mountain chic decor condo offers an open floor plan to enjoy your time of gathering. Enjoy this inviting living room with a morning cup of coffee or an evening glass of wine and savor the warmth from the moss rock gas fireplace. You can watch cable on the large flat-screen TV or make the most of the time together. There are games and books for your pleasure. 

The covered balcony is just off the living area with a table to eat al fresco and has a gas grill to cook on in any season. You can people-watch under the pine trees with views of historical homes across the road and a glimpse of Mt. Baldy.

Just down the hall from the main living space are 2 bedrooms; a Master Ensuite Bathroom and a Full Bath both providing a shower/tub combo. With beds for 6 people, you and your 5 closest family or friends will have the perfect place to create vacation memories together. 

The large Master Bedroom has a King bed, There is plenty of storage using the closet and dresser, a ceiling fan, and an Ensuite Master Bathroom with a shower/tub combo.

The Second Bedroom boasts 2 colorfully clad bunk beds (sleeping 4), a ceiling fan, a large closet, and a dresser to allow you to unpack and settle in.

The 2nd full Bathroom has a shower/tub combo.
Both bathrooms have start-up supplies of shampoo, body wash, and TP.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need to enjoy home-cooked meals or order in. Cooking ware, Baking ware, Plates, glasses, utensils are for your use and you in addition you have a stainless refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, over the stovetop microwave, and small appliances (Drip Coffee Maker, Toaster, Crockpot, and Blender). We even give you startup items (Paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, trash bags, and a sponge). Once used you can fill in what you need from the nearby City Market. Between the wood trestle dining table and the high-top counter/bar, you have more than enough seating for all.

You can enjoy the many amenities that Longbranch has to offer including an indoor pool and hot tub, sauna & changing rooms, a large common courtyard area to gather at, heated underground parking for your car (and bike), common use laundry facilities, elevator access, and high-speed wireless internet. There are seemingly endless perks at a great price!

IMPORTANT INFO FOR YOUR SELF CHECK-IN: AFTER BOOKING YOU WILL GET AN EMAIL FROM OUR COMPANY DK at JourneyWestColorado.com EXPLAINING ABOUT TWO EMAILS YOU WILL BE SENT 1 DAY BEFORE THE ARRIVAL DATE THAT YOU WILL NEED TO PRINT OUT. (Access info doc and required Parking Pass to put on the dash of your car). PLEASE LOOK IN YOUR INBOX OR TRASH FOR THE WELCOME EMAIL! 

YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE TO PRINT OUT YOUR OWN PARKING PASS WHICH WILL BE EMAILED TO YOU. PLEASE PLAN AHEAD. We do not provide a parking pass at the rental location. IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A PRINTER YOU CAN GO TO YOUR LOCAL UPS STORE, show them your email, and have them print it out for you. 

Cars cannot be left in the parking space after check-out.

Please read the Cancellation Policy in the Terms and conditions below carefully. There are no exceptions.
HOUSE RULES: In lieu of signatures, payment by guests constitutes acceptance of these HOUSE RULES.
Must be 25 years or older.
No Pets, Parties or Smoking. A $500.00 fine and/or eviction with no refund may immediately result in violations to any laws, rules, and regulations.
CANCELLATION POLICY: From the date of the booking, up to 5 days before arrival, cancellations will receive a full refund minus a 4% processing fee for Vrbo guests. If we are open, your reservation stands no matter what closes.
Check-in 4 pm, Check-OUT 10 am (with a Checkout Procedure list to complete) THERE IS AN $80 CHARGE PER HOUR IF YOU ARE NOT OUT BY 10 am AND HOUSEKEEPING IS DELAYED or has to come back. This does not mean you can stay later. You are still required to leave right away for us to prepare for the next guest.

All trash must be removed following our departure Check-List. Failure to do so will result in a $50 charge.
