Come escape to a rare corner unit with decks wrapping around on 3 sides giving you a birds-eye WOW mountain views of the 10 Mile Range, Breck slopes, and hopefully a moose, fox, or even a black bear. Down the hill in front of the townhome is the babbling Blue River which is the quintessential sound of the Rocky Mountains along with the wind in the pines and chirping birds. 

You can enjoy a 10-minute walk along the river path or the main road to the edge of town and countless eateries and shops (.6 miles). Or if you don't feel like walking you can grab the free Summit Stage, with a stop 50 yards from the front door (Brown Route), or drive and park anywhere in the town using their parking meter system. You are close enough to Main Street to experience everything Breck has to offer and still feel like you are surrounded by little more than mountains and quiet.

The townhome has a perfect upper level, open floor plan with windows and decks on 3 sides, allowing loads of sunshine, starry night views, and plenty of space to gather with 8 of your favorite family or friends.  And one of the highlights in the townhome is a large hot tub on the corner of the deck, to soak and stare at the mesmerizing mountain views. 

The main Living Area has been beautifully decorated with rustic beams and mountain decor, including leather couches and a Smart large flat-screen TV to enjoy shows or using the WI-FI to work remotely and mix work and pleasure. The beautiful stone gas fireplace will add a cozy ambiance in the winter or during cool, summer nights. 

Adjacent to the living room is the open floor planned kitchen/dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped with all major appliances and more, giving you just about everything you need to create memorable meals. You have so many options! Enjoy making a feast for all to sit and savor the meal together at the dining table for eight (plus a gorgeous kitchen granite counter bar with four additional stools). Have a barbeque on the deck using the gas grill. Get creative and make an alfresco meal to enjoy outside on the decks or some magical place surrounded by nature. And if you don't feel like cooking, throw together a crockpot meal to return to after a day of outdoor adventures. 

After a day of adventure and making memories, you can escape to one of four specially decorated bedrooms for a great night's sleep. Keep the windows open for cool mountain air and the soothing sound of the Blue River to lull you to sleep. 

The top floor Master KING Bedroom is a perfect couple's sanctuary. Relax on the sofa or cuddle up in bed to enjoy the large flat-screen TV and the gas fireplace. One of our favorite features is a small private balcony to step out on to stare at the starry night sky. The Ensuite Bathroom has a large jetted tub to soak in as well as a separate shower for a quick rinse.

Down the hall is bedroom number two with a Queen bed, Flat-screen TV, and Ensuite Bathroom with a tub/shower combo. 

The Ground level has two more bedrooms, one with a Queen bed and TV and then the second bedroom with a Pymramid Bunk bed (Full on bottom/Twin on top) and TV. There is also a DVD player and movies for little ones to enjoy. There is a third full bath to share with a tub/shower combo. Also on this level is a full-size washer and dryer for your use. 

You will have a private attached one-car heated garage and space for one additional car in front of the unit. GoBreck.com has other parking options if you have more than 2 vehicles. 

Year around this place is perfect to be your home base for endless adventures! The summer offers you hiking, mountain biking, white water rafting, horseback riding, play golf, kayak on Dillon, and if you are an adventure seeker go climb a fourteener. We have 54 in the state of Colorado! This area is a winter wonderland where you can tackle the slopes with snowboarding and skiing at nearby Peak 9 or beyond, snowshoe at the Breck Nordic Center, go ice skating at the rink just up the road, rent a snowmobile or hire a dogsledding company. The sky is the limit!

Important info for self-check-in: After booking you will get a confirmation email from our company, journeywestcolorado. Three days before your arrival date you will receive another email under the subject Arrival Information, which provides directions and instructions (codes) you will need to access your unit upon arrival. Please plan to check your inbox, or spam/trash folder, before heading our way for this email.

Parking passes will be waiting for you in the Welcome Book. Cars cannot be left on the property before check-in or after check-out.

Mail/packages cannot be sent to this address. We are unable to receive anything for you ahead of your arrival.  You cannot drop-off luggage/gear before check-in, and cannot leave them after checkout. Please plan your visit accordingly. 

House rules: You must be 25 years or older to make a reservation. You must also comply with all statutes, ordinances and requirements of all local, state and federal authorities. No parties, events, loud music, or smoking (of any kind) are allowed inside the premises or outside on patios/decks. A $500.00 fine and/or eviction with no refund may immediately result from violations of these rules.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made 5 or more days before arrival will receive a full refund. If local activities/resorts/venues/amenities (like pools & hot tubs) have canceled or closed, this is beyond our control and will not provide an exception to our Cancellation Policy. Neither will Illness, weather, road closures or canceled flights be just cause for a refund beyond this policy. Upon check-in, you are responsible for all nights reserved.

Check-in time is 4 pm, check-out time is 10 am (with a small checkout procedure list to complete). There will be an $80 per hour charge if you are not out on time. Please plan to leave by 10 AM so we can prepare for the next guest.

The private hot tub at this property is serviced between each guest, so it will be clean and ready-to-go for you. Please shower before using the tub, and do not allow happy people to splash the water out.  We don’t mean to be party poopers but, if we must adjust the chemicals due to dirty sweaty bodies, sun lotion or spilled drinks, or if the water level gets low and has to be refilled, you will be charged the costs of correcting these issues.

All trash must be removed at the end of your stay, in addition to a few other simple tasks in our Departure check-list, which you will find in our Welcome Book. Failure to complete this simple list will result in a charge of $49, or more.
