The main floor has an open plan which is perfect for time together while enjoying the fireplace, TV, or cooking up a gourmet meal in a kitchen designed by a local restaurant owner and chef.
The Greatroom has a beautiful vaulted ceiling with lots of natural light pouring in the many windows. The gas fireplace is striking with its 2 story stone wall and is a perfect place to cozy up on the couch at the end of a fun day of playing outdoors where you can stream your personal app accounts on the smart TV. The flooring on the main level of the home was uniquely designed with bamboo wood as well as mountain bonus enjoying radiant floor heat. All bedrooms are carpeted. Take a look "up" and see the unique ceiling and beams made from our own Colorado aspen!
The beautifully designed Chef's Kitchen features quartz countertops and an island with an additional built-in drawer fridge, a large window with wooded views, and is equipped with just about anything you will need and then some! Come and create family/friend feasts with the 6 burners Wolffe Range, a large stainless steel fridge, your standard appliances and utensils as well as a Blender, Kitchen Aid Mixer, Cuisinart Food Processor, Toaster Oven, and Juicer. For the days you don't feel like a big creation use the crockpot and enjoy time with your loved ones.
The home is spread out over three floors (with no elevator). From each level of the home, you will go up or down 17 steps.
On the main floor in addition to the living room, and kitchen you will find a powder room, laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer, and shelving for overflow food, garage access, and the Master Ensuite Bedroom.
The main floor Master Ensuite Bedroom features a Western California King bed (72x84), a gas fireplace, large screen TV and DVD player, vaulted aspen wood-beamed ceiling, floor-to-ceiling windows with majestic pine views, and french doors leading to the home's private deck.
You can unpack and take full advantage of a large walk-in closet.
In the Master Bath, you will be able to utilize the double vanity, relax in the separate shower, and for a spa-like escape immerse yourself in the large soaking tub.
The second floor of the home boasts a large loft-style sitting area with seating and beautiful views of the woods and Buffalo Mountain in the background. Off the sitting area, you can choose between a second King Bedroom (King size 74x78) with more vaulted ceilings, Skylights, aspen wood beams, more enchanting outdoor wooded views, and an ensuite bathroom.
Or you can make the Queen Bedroom your place to settle in for a good night's sleep. This room also features a vaulted aspen wood ceiling with skylights and its own ensuite bathroom. Both the King and Queen Ensuite Bathrooms have a shower/tub combo for your use.
The lower level of our mountain home provides a Twin Trundle Bedroom to comfortably sleep two. Off the Trundle Bedroom is a Full Bath with a tub/shower combo.
In addition, there is an office desk in the trundle room giving you a quiet, removed space with high ceilings and wooded views.
The house is equipped with 1G Wi-Fi, making this home a dream to work remotely from.
And a special feature in the lower level, where you can spend hours escaping, is the Home Theater Room with a 10 ft. TV screen and comfortable leather reclining chairs, where you can sit back, relax and watch the show!
Please note the house does not have AC but each bedroom has a fan for the rare night you want to cool down. Most of the time the nights are cool if not chilly and you can cuddle up for a great night's sleep with the windows open and the sound of wind in the pines. The main floor of the house (and master bedroom) is equipped with a built-in humidifying system that will self-regulate and keep you comfortable. The other bedrooms have a humidifier should you feel the need for moist air.
Parking: You will be able to use one space in the attached garage, use two more driveway spaces for cars only.
No campers are permitted. The owner will be leaving their car in the 2nd garage space to be left alone. There is no street parking.

YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE TO PRINT OUT YOUR OWN PARKING PASS WHICH WILL BE EMAILED TO YOU. PLEASE PLAN AHEAD. We do not provide a parking pass at the rental location. IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A PRINTER YOU CAN GO TO YOUR LOCAL UPS STORE, show them your email, and have them print it out for you. You will need the parking pass for any driveway-parked vehicles.
Mail/packages cannot be sent to this address. We do not receive anything you mail ahead of time.

No Pets, Parties or Smoking. A $500.00 fine and/or eviction with no refund may immediately result in violations to any laws, rules, and regulations.

CANCELLATION POLICY: From the date of the booking, up to 5 days before arrival, cancellations will receive a full refund minus a $60 processing fee for Vrbo guests. If we are open, your reservation stands no matter what closes.
Check-in 4 pm, Check-OUT 10 am (with a Checkout Procedure list to complete)
There is a possible $80 charge PER HOUR if you are not totally out of the property or housekeeping has to come back. We are charged by housekeeping for this. This does not mean you can stay later. :) You are still required to leave for us to prepare for the next guest.
PLANNING YOUR ARRIVAL - If you use a shuttle to get to and from the property you cannot drop off luggage/items before 4 pm check and cannot leave them later than checkout 10 am. PLEASE PLAN YOUR SHUTTLE DROP-OFF AND PICKUP ACCORDINGLY.
All trash must be removed to the garage as you follow our departure Check-List. Failure to do so will result in a $50 charge.
