Come escape to this lofty condo unit surrounded by pine trees and quiet, and still only a short walk to the Snow Flake Lift, 4 O'Clock Ski Run, and historic Main Street Breckenridge! Gather with 7 of your favorite family members or friends and enjoy the views, special amenities, and a place to unwind and relax after a fun day of outdoor winter or summer play. 

Located on the 3rd floor, living at the top gives you the open feel from the vaulted ceilings, views of the slopes, and a sense of being in a treehouse with the wind in the pines. Although the 1000  sq. ft. condo is not expansive in sq footage, it nicely spreads out over three floors to give you some space when needed. Be advised you must climb steps from the ground floor to the 3rd-floor unit front door, and then once inside the condo covers 3 more levels from the main living area to the loft bedroom. 

What your home away from home will offer you:
  • This condo has an open floor plan with the living room, dining area and, kitchen, allowing you to be together and yet spread out, on the main level. And two more floors provide your sleeping accommodations. 
  • The Living Room has a wood-burning fireplace you can relax in front of day or night. Wood is sold at the nearby grocery store or local gas stations in small bundles. The large flat-screen TV allows you to stream your personal apps and has local basic cable TV.
  • The kitchen is fully equipped with almost everything you will need to prepare meals including a crockpot so you can play all day and come home to a savory meal waiting for you. 
  • Gather at the dining table (with seating for 8).
  • Open the sliding door and let the mountain air in! Relax sitting on the private balcony with views of treetops and distant slope views. 
  • There is a full bath (with tub/shower combo) on the main level and a second full bath on the 2nd level outside the master and 2nd bedroom. 
  • The Master Queen bedroom has views down into the living room and when you want, you can shut the drapes for a good night's sleep and privacy. 
  • The 2nd bedroom across the hall has TWO Queen beds and a closet and wall-to-wall windows. 
  • Climb a ladder (See picture) to the 3rd floor cozy loft with a Queen futon mattress and more windows with light and views. It's a small space with a fun vibe. It's like being in a treehouse!
  • You will have access to a locked ski closet for your boards, skis, and poles.
  • Two Parking passes are provided for your cars (with directions for more coin parking in town should you need it). 
  • A huge BONUS is your access to the Upper Village OUTDOOR HEATED POOL and HOT TUBS which is only a short walk down a path (or you can drive and park if spaces are available). 
  • Walk to Main Street Breck in less than 5 minutes down 4 O'Clock Rd.
  • Walk up 4 O'Clock Rd. (approx 5 minutes or so) to close by Snow Flake Lift that will sweep you up to the mountain slopes.
  • Ski down the 4 O'Clock Run, cross over the road and walk to the Tonopah Building and you are home!

Notes

Important info for self-check-in: After booking you will get a confirmation email from our company, journeywestcolorado. Three days before your arrival date you will receive another email under the subject Arrival Information, which provides directions and instructions (codes) you will need to access your unit upon arrival. Please plan to check your inbox, or spam/trash folder, before heading our way for this email.

Parking passes will be waiting for you in the Welcome Book. Cars cannot be left on the property before check-in or after check-out.

Mail/packages cannot be sent to this address. We are unable to receive anything for you ahead of your arrival.  You cannot drop-off luggage/gear before check-in, and cannot leave them after checkout. Please plan your visit accordingly. 

House rules: You must be 25 years or older to make a reservation. You must also comply with all statutes, ordinances and requirements of all local, state and federal authorities. No parties, events, loud music, or smoking (of any kind) are allowed inside the premises or outside on patios/decks. A $500.00 fine and/or eviction with no refund may immediately result from violations of these rules.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made 5 or more days before arrival will receive a full refund. If local activities/resorts/venues/amenities (like pools & hot tubs) have canceled or closed, this is beyond our control and will not provide an exception to our Cancellation Policy. Neither will Illness, weather, road closures or canceled flights be just cause for a refund beyond this policy. Upon check-in, you are responsible for all nights reserved.

Check-in time is 4 pm, check-out time is 10 am (with a small checkout procedure list to complete). There will be an $80 per hour charge if you are not out on time. Please plan to leave by 10 AM so we can prepare for the next guest.

All trash must be removed at the end of your stay, in addition to a few other simple tasks in our Departure check-list, which you will find in our Welcome Book. Failure to complete this simple list will result in a charge of $49, or more. 

This unit has a nice wood burning fireplace. Firewood bundles can be bought locally at most gas stations and grocery stores.
