Our condo is the perfect place to relax and call home after your day of outdoor adventures! The location could not be better! Park Place is located a short walk to Main Street Breck, Eateries, Shops galore, and just down the hill from the Snowflake Ski Lift and 4 O'Clock run. 

You can settle in to enjoy time together with family and loved ones, spreading out in the open floor plan and an amazing set-up for conversing, eating or relaxing together. 

The Living room has a beautiful stone fireplace, plenty of seating for early morning or late-night conversations, and a quiet place to read a book or watch your personal favorite streaming apps on the flat-screen TV.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need to create a light meal or a family feast. Gather for meals around the dining table or grab a snack at the island dining area while talking to the chef. 

There are two bedrooms to escape to for a good night's sleep or some alone time to read or nap. The Master bed is a KING and the 2nd bedroom has a QUEEN bed and a pyramid bunk with a FULL futon on the bottom and a TWIN on top.

Both bedrooms have Ensuite Bathrooms, one providing a great steam shower and the other a jetted tub shower combo. And a great bonus is a full-size washer/dryer to get your outdoor play cloths clean and ready for your next outdoor adventure. 

Relax on the balcony and take advantage of the personal gas grill while soaking in our mountain liquid sunshine. There is a secure ski closet across from the front door for easy access. Parking - 1 car (with a possible 2nd car first come, first serve). If there is not a 2nd spot available you can check out BreckPark for more options. 

Soak after a fun day of play in several on-site hot tubs or walk a short distance to the Upper Village pool with several more hot tub options and best of all an outdoor heated pool. (Closed during spring and fall mud season). 

There are more things to do in the area than your vacation time will permit (so plan your first stay now and then come back and stay with us for more!)! Just to name a few, Ice skating, Horseback Riding, Snow Shoeing, Cross Country Skiing, Golfing, Hiking, Mountain Biking, Downhill Skiing, White Water Rafting and so much more!

Important info for self-check-in: After booking you will get a confirmation email from our company, journeywestcolorado. Three days before your arrival date you will receive another email under the subject Arrival Information, which provides directions and instructions (codes) you will need to access your unit upon arrival. Please plan to check your inbox, or spam/trash folder, before heading our way for this email.

Parking passes will be waiting for you in the Welcome Book. Cars cannot be left on the property before check-in or after check-out.

Mail/packages cannot be sent to this address. We are unable to receive anything for you ahead of your arrival.  You cannot drop-off luggage/gear before check-in, and cannot leave them after checkout. Please plan your visit accordingly. 

House rules: You must be 25 years or older to make a reservation. You must also comply with all statutes, ordinances and requirements of all local, state and federal authorities. No parties, events, loud music, or smoking (of any kind) are allowed inside the premises or outside on patios/decks. A $500.00 fine and/or eviction with no refund may immediately result from violations of these rules.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made 5 or more days before arrival will receive a full refund. If local activities/resorts/venues/amenities (like pools & hot tubs) have canceled or closed, this is beyond our control and will not provide an exception to our Cancellation Policy. Neither will Illness, weather, road closures or canceled flights be just cause for a refund beyond this policy. Upon check-in, you are responsible for all nights reserved.

Check-in time is 4 pm, check-out time is 10 am (with a small checkout procedure list to complete). There will be an $80 per hour charge if you are not out on time. Please plan to leave by 10 AM so we can prepare for the next guest.

All trash must be removed at the end of your stay, in addition to a few other simple tasks in our Departure check-list, which you will find in our Welcome Book. Failure to complete this simple list will result in a charge of $49, or more.
