Our location does not get much better than this! Park Place is located a short walk to Main Street Breck with countless Eateries, and Shops and is just down the hill from the Snowflake Ski Lift and 4 O'Clock run.
This special home away from home offers you an awesome place where you can hang with 5 of your favorite people!
The Living room feels spacious with vaulted ceilings, a gas-stone fireplace, and plenty of room to gather on an inviting sectional couch to relax on and cozy up by the fire, read a book, or watch on your personal favorite streaming apps on the flat-screen TV.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need to create a light meal or a family feast. Gather for meals around the dining table or grab a snack at the island dining area while talking to the chef.
There are two bedrooms to escape to for a good night's sleep or some alone time to read or nap. Both bedrooms have Ensuite Bathrooms. The Master bath has a steam shower to relax those muscles after a hard day of play. The Double Queen bathroom has a tub/shower combo. A great addition is a full-size washer/dryer to get your outdoor play clothes clean and ready for the next outdoor adventure.
Relax on the balcony and take advantage of the personal gas grill while sitting under the bluebird sky or star-lit sky.
There is a secure ski closet across from the front door for easy access.

Soak in the on-site hot tub after a great day of play.
And you have another option to walk a short distance to the Upper Village pool with several more hot tub options and best of all an outdoor heated pool.
Please note: The pool and hot tubs are closed during off seasons (typically mid-April up to Memorial weekend and again typically after Labor Day through the slopes opening) for maintenance. Please reach out to us if you want to confirm if they are open or not before booking during those times.
There are more things to do in the area than your vacation time will permit (so plan your first stay now and then come back and stay with us for more!)! Just to name a few, Ice skating, Horseback Riding, Snow Shoeing, Cross Country Skiing, Golfing, Hiking, Mountain Biking, Downhill Skiing, White Water Rafting and so much more!

This Main Street Station condo is surrounded by the town of Breckenridge, our majestic Rocky Mountains, and to make your time here unforgettable, there are numerous amenities to enjoy!
NOTE: Main Street Station is offering you numerous amenities through your rental booking with Journey West.
There are two separate charges collected by Main Street Station when you are checking in.
A nightly Resort Fee to offset unlimited use of Main Street Station’s amenities ($20/night).
And a nightly Parking Fee depending on the season for 1 vehicle. Summer nightly rates (May 1 – October 31 is $15/night). Winter nightly rates (November 1 -April 30 is $25/night).
These fees have been taken into consideration in our pricing.
Walk 300 feet to Historic Main Street to savor numerous eateries and countless boutique shops. Or if you don’t want to wander the town, go down to the lower level of Main Street Station and enjoy The Quandary Grill's pub food.
Walk 400 steps to the Quick Silver Super Chair and hit the slopes in minutes.
Soak in any of the Main Street Station 7 outdoor community hot tubs or the large heated outdoor pool, while taking in the Breck slopes and Ten Mile Range. Towels are provided by Main Street Station. There are several large community grills and seating for cooking out and eating al fresco by the pool.
Rent a paddleboard in the summer or ice skate in the winter on the beautiful nearby Maggie Pond.
If you want to get some exercise (besides skiing, hiking, paddleboarding, etc.), the lower level of Main Street Station’s Grand Central has a fully equipped Fitness Center that is open 24/7 and has a sauna where towels are provided.
You can rent ski equipment, also found on the lower level of Main Street Station at Charter Sports or just a few more steps out the door is Christy Sports. When you are not on the slopes, check in your ski equipment at Main Street Station’s Grand Central lower-level Ski Valet.
The Main Street Station Underground Parking Garage has space for one vehicle. The space is unreserved, with a parking pass provided to you at the front desk.

Two or more cars will require you to use the Town Of Breckenridge paid parking that you will be responsible for.
When you are ready for some rest after a fun day of play, ride the elevator to your home away from home.
This condo is the perfect place to relax and take in majestic mountain views from the private balcony, stream your personal apps on the smart TV’s, and gather with 5 of your favorite people to make lasting memories together!
The living room has mountain views, a large flat-screen TV, a cozy stone gas fireplace, and an open floor plan to be together.
The kitchen is fully equipped for a large family meal together at the dining table.
If you need some quiet time to relax or sleep deep breathing in our cool mountain air, choose from King Ensuite Bedroom. Or the Queen Ensuite bedroom. A Living Room sofa bed is available for 2 more quests when needed.
