Please note the pool and or hot tub may be closed during off seasons (typically mid-April up to Memorial weekend and again after Labor Day through mid-November) for maintenance. Please reach out to us if you want to confirm if they are open or not before booking during those times.
While in our home you will be able to enjoy lots of books, games and DVDs and 3 TVs to either stream your personal apps or watch Dish TV.
The kitchen is set up and equipped with all you will need to create a feast or a snack. The open floor plans allow everyone to connect whether you're in the kitchen or the Living/Dining room.
Step out on the private balcony to take in the bluebird sky and high-elevation sun with a backdrop of pine trees or see other skiers ride to the slopes.
The Master King Bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and the 2nd bathroom is just off the Queen/ Bunkbed bedroom. And a bonus is there is a washer and dryer in the unit for your play clothes.

Our location does not get much better than this! Park Place is located a short walk to Main Street Breck with countless Eateries, and Shops and is just down the hill from the Snowflake Ski Lift and 4 O'Clock run.
This special home away from home offers you an awesome place where you can hang with 5 of your favorite people!
The Living room feels spacious with vaulted ceilings, a gas-stone fireplace, and plenty of room to gather on an inviting sectional couch to relax on and cozy up by the fire, read a book, or watch on your personal favorite streaming apps on the flat-screen TV.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need to create a light meal or a family feast. Gather for meals around the dining table or grab a snack at the island dining area while talking to the chef.
There are two bedrooms to escape to for a good night's sleep or some alone time to read or nap. Both bedrooms have Ensuite Bathrooms. The Master bath has a steam shower to relax those muscles after a hard day of play. The Double Queen bathroom has a tub/shower combo. A great addition is a full-size washer/dryer to get your outdoor play clothes clean and ready for the next outdoor adventure.
Relax on the balcony and take in a bluebird or star-lit sky.
There is a secure ski closet across from the front door for easy access.

And you have another option to walk a short distance to the Upper Village pool with several more hot tub options and best of all an outdoor heated pool.
