Journey West is locally owned and operated by a team with more than 60 years of combined experience in mountain hospitality, vacation rentals, and property management. Our experience has shaped a simple approach: know the homes we manage, know the people who own them, and take great care of the guests who stay in them. We stay closely involved in the details—from the condition and care of each home to the experience waiting for every guest when they arrive. That hands-on approach allows us to build lasting relationships with our homeowners while delivering the level of hospitality we believe every Journey West guest should experience.
