Like the rest of the world, Summit County has been significantly impacted by the COVID-19 virus and we are all doing our best to adjust and live life to the full.

Because things are constantly changing, we ask you to go to the below website and read, before your arrival, what is unfolding in Summit County, and guidelines to be COVID compliant. You are responsible and liable for this information.

Please go to SummitCountyCO.Gov which will give you updated information in the County Health Order and County Guidelines to follow throughout Summit County including Breckenridge, Frisco, Dillon, Silverthorne, Keystone, and all Ski resorts. 

COVID and your reservation with us at Journey West (and the platform you booked on)
We now all know about COVID and by reserving with us you are agreeing to our cancellation policy. We will not accept/refund cancellations within 5 days of your arrival, including illness.
Our new normal - Some activities/venues in the area have canceled. Some pools/hot tubs are open while others are shut down. Ski Resorts are independent of us and will determine if they will remain open or closed. Any closure in the area is beyond our control and is no reason for the cancellation of your reservation 5 days before or during your stay with us. If we can rent our unit to you, your reservation stands.
